Notice to all Non-Winter Campers 

Due to the hazardous road conditions and the numerous un-passable roads, The Park will remain in "Winter Status" until further notice.  Please remember that “Off Season” is defined as November 01 through April 30 in By-Law 6-700, and The Winter Agreement with the Town of Freedom.

WINTER STATUS means that NO Non Winter Campers may stay overnight until the restriction is lifted or until May 01, whichever comes first. 

PLEASE COMPLY WITH THIS INSTRUCTION AS IT IS THE RULE ACCORDING TO TOTEM POLE BY-LAWS AND WILL BE ENFORCED. 

NON WINTER CAMPERS MAY STILL VISIT THEIR SITES DURING THE DAYTIME AS THEY MAY ANYTIME IN WINTER BUT  YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK AND YOU MUST LEAVE BY 7:00PM AND MAY NOT RETURN UNTIL 7:00AM.. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND HOPE FOR WARM WEATHER SOON!

 OVERNIGHT STAY IN APRIL 

The “Off Season” is defined as November 01 through April 30 in By-Law 6-700, and The Winter Agreement with the Town of Freedom.  These documents state that if your road is not plowed, you may not stay overnight during the “Off Season.”  In past years the snow was gone by April 01 and so anyone could stay over in April.  

NOT SO THIS YEAR. 

Most of the roads that were not plowed by winter campers are not passable  so if you are on a road that is NOT plowed, you may not stay overnight. Parking your car elsewhere does not permit you to stay because the reason for the restriction is for Emergency Vehicle access to your location.

!! PLEASE!! YOU MAY NOT PARK IN THE ROADS ANYWHERE. EMERGENCY VEHICLES NEED ROOM TO MANEUVER! Lets all work together to get through this spring. Thank You.

Now, you can pay your Condo Fees via PayPal and charge it to your Credit Card. This service has been requested by several owners and is now available.

HERE'S HOW TO DO IT!


Sign in to Secure Area. Check new tab which says "Pay Condo Fee". Follow instructions on the page. THAT'S ALL!

There is a 3% charge assessed for paying your
Totem Pole Owners Association bill through PayPal.

If you want $317.85 to be applied to your account,
you will need to pay $327.39 through PayPal.

If you are paying more than the quarterly condo fee,
you must add 3% to the amount you want applied to your account.

NOTE: If you do not include the 3% service charge in your payment, the balance will appear in your next Condo Fee billing statement.
