SOME PEOPLE AT TOTEM POLE PARK HAVE NOT
SHOVELED THEIR ROOFS ALL WINTER, AND ANOTHER
FOOT IS EXPECTED THIS WEEKEND.
THEY CAUTION US THAT THESE ROOFS ARE IN
SERIOUS DANGER OF COLLAPSE WITH THE AMOUNT
OF SNOW ON THEM NOW.
DURING THE LAST BIG WINTER LIKE THIS ONE, AT
LEAST FIVE ROOFS COLLAPSED IN THE PARK.
PLEASE DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU BECAUSE
IT RUINS YOUR UNIT.

or $1,200.00 for two families, (4 adults and children)
maximum of 8 people. Additional children may be discussed.
Multiple weeks may receive a lower total price. REFERENCES
You must provide all linens, pillows, blankets and towels.
Check-in Sat at 3PM and checkout Sat at 11AM.
The available weeks are, June
6-13,13-20,20-27 and Aug 22-29 Plus all of September. All
other weeks are reserved by returning clients.

act now because we will be totally booked soon. This is a
very popular place in summer.

Park Address Change
We have arranged
for the Official Mailing Address for the Park to be
changed and the mail will be delivered to a mailbox at the
street just as other homes on Pequawket Trail.
The new address
is; Totem Pole Park Condominium Owners Association, 4 Totem
Pole Rd. Freedom NH. 03836. Please make note of this change
and use it any time you need to use the Park Mailing
Address. It has been cleared with the attorney and the
mailbox is installed and in use. This address will be served

change is ONLY for official mail for the Association and
does not pertain to any individual owners. Owners may
NOT use this address for personal mail. Owners will
all continue to use our mail room in season and home address

PROCEDURE FOR NOV 01 TO 15 AND APRIL 01 TO
From Nov 01 to Nov 15 and April 01 to May 01, all owners may
stay overnight IF ROAD CONDITIONS PERMIT! THIS WILL
BE ANNOUNCED ON THIS BOARD, AND THE WEB SITE AND POSTED AT
THE GATE. If plowing is required, all Non-Winter campers
must leave the Park by 7PM and may return at 7AM.
We will use
the same rule regardless of what day of the week Nov 15 and
Dec 15 fall on. The above procedure has been approved by the
zoning officer and should eliminate any further confusion
about what happens at midnight Nov 15 and Dec 14.
